Annual — one cooling unit
Annual air conditioning tune-up for one unit. A 28-point cooling inspection to check, tighten, adjust, clean, and inspect every necessary system component.

Annual — one heating unit
Annual furnace inspection for one unit. A 29-point inspection to check, tighten, adjust, clean, and inspect every necessary furnace component, plus a full safety inspection.

Air Quality Assessment
Annual
Annual assessment of your indoor air quality, including evaluation of radon, humidity, and your filter — all performed during your system tune-up.
Water Quality Assessment
Annual
Annual assessment of your water quality. We run 3 tests on your water to help determine its quality, then explain exactly what the results mean for your home.
Plumbing Inspection + Flush
Annual
Annual plumbing inspection to evaluate visible plumbing components, check for leaks, inspect water pressure, and includes one tank-style water heater flush when applicable — helping maintain performance and identify issues before they become costly repairs.
Electrical Inspection
Annual
Annual electrical inspection to review key visible electrical components, check for safety concerns, and help identify potential hazards or needed repairs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which plan is right for my home?
Home Comfort Plans cover central HVAC: the 1" Filter Plan ($15/month) for standard 1" filters, the 4" Filter Plan ($20/month) for 4" or 5" media cabinets, and the Mini-Split Plan ($20/month) for ductless systems. Specialty Equipment Plans are standalone subscriptions for specific systems: the Tankless Water Heater Plan ($167/year), the Steam Humidifier Plan ($227/year), and the ERV / HRV Plan ($167/year). All six plans include the same Service Partner benefit list — the only difference is the focal annual service that matches your equipment.
Can I transfer my plan?
Yes. Your Service Partner Plan can transfer to your new home, or to the buyer of the home you're selling — your choice.
What if I have multiple HVAC units?
Each plan covers one AC unit and one furnace. If you have multiple systems, additional plans can be added to cover each unit.
What if I need an emergency repair?
Service Partner members get priority scheduling for emergency calls. Plus, the $79 diagnostic fee is waived and after-hours fees are reduced by 50%.
Do the discounts apply to all services?
Yes. The 15% discount applies to repairs for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical. The 5% discount applies to equipment replacements. Discounts can also be combined with manufacturer rebates.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans require a 12-month commitment. You can also pay the full year upfront at the annual price shown on each plan card — no commitment beyond the 12-month service window.
